The AS-303 sensor inspects single lines of adhesive by optically detecting and measuring the glue line or dot. Offering fine resolution of 1mm, the AS-303 has the advantage of not requiring any additives in the glue such as UV contrast. Suitable for sensing glue on envelopes, folding cartons, corrugated cases and boxes as well as films, the AS-303 offer robust detection of both lines and dots and accurately measures adhesive volume as well as length.
